Soffit & Fascia in the Dayton area
Soffit and fascia protect the edge of your roof and let your attic breathe. When they rot, water and animals get in. I replace bad wood, wrap it in aluminum, and vent the soffit so the attic stays dry.

Common questions
Do I need to replace soffit and fascia with new gutters?
Not always, but I check the fascia before hanging any gutter. Gutters can't hold on rotted wood.
Will vented soffit help my attic?
Usually. Paired with roof vents, it keeps the attic cooler in summer and helps prevent ice dams.
Is aluminum wrap maintenance-free?
Close to it. No more painting, just an occasional rinse.
