Scot stayed on top of the window delivery and worked the installation around our vacation. During the install, Scot stopped by multiple times to make sure everything was going well. The installers were courteous and self sufficient and kept our home clean as they progressed to each room. Throughout the project Scot was super responsive to phone calls and texts. Scot and I first met years ago when he was with Gilkey Windows and Doors. From that very first appointment, I could tell he was different — he asked the right questions, never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need, and we ended up talking for close to 3 hours, most of it about life and faith. He knows his business inside and out, he does exactly what he says he’s going to do, and he treats people with genuine kindness and friendliness — not the kind that’s performative or just good customer service technique, but the real thing. They did a fantastic job replacing my windows. I had 13 windows replaced and it was the coldest day of the year last year and they were very hard at work to try to get it done. Everything was cleaned up when they were done like they had never been here and they went through and showed me how to use All the safety devices on the windows out how to remove them for cleaning so I did not have to go outside and do it. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Most importantly, my dog liked everyone of them. Lol.
