Window Replacement in Xenia, OH
Much of Xenia was rebuilt after the 1974 tornado, which means a lot of homes are now about 50 years old and many still have their original windows. I replace them with ProVia and Marvin windows that fit and seal properly.

Xenia homes
What I see in Xenia
- Rebuild-era homes in Xenia often have aluminum or early vinyl windows that sweat, stick and leak air.
- Many Xenia homes are ranches and two-stories with standard openings, which keeps window replacement straightforward and affordable.
- Xenia homeowners want straight answers and fair prices. I give a written price at the estimate, with no pressure.

The work, start to finish
Window jobs in Xenia follow the same process as this nearby Fairborn kitchen window: old gridded double-hungs out, a clear-view window in, and the interior trim finished to match.
Fairborn, OH · Kitchen window replacement. Old gridded double-hungs swapped for a clear-view window, with the wood interior trim kept and finished to match the cabinets.
Fairborn, OH · Bay window replacement. Old unit removed down to the frame, new bay set, sealed and trimmed to match.

ProVia Endure and Marvin
ProVia Endure
My go-to replacement window. ProVia builds the Endure in Ohio, and it's made for homeowners who want strength, efficiency and low maintenance.
- Multi-chambered vinyl frame with fusion-welded corners for strength and insulation
- Energy-efficient glass packages, including Low-E and gas-filled options
- Double-hung, slider, casement, picture, bay and bow styles
- Colors inside and out, including dark exteriors and wood-grain interiors
Marvin
For homes that call for a premium wood or fiberglass window, Marvin is one of the most respected names in the business.
- Wood and fiberglass windows with a true high-end look and feel
- Fiberglass exteriors that resist heat, cold and fading
- A great fit for older homes and custom projects
- Wide range of styles, finishes and hardware
At your estimate I'll bring samples of both and show you the difference side by side, so you can pick what fits your house and budget.
